I'm James Johnson, and I lead frontline teams. That's the work behind every DMS tool: the shift that starts short-staffed, the new lead who got the keys before anyone showed them the job, the problem the floor saw days before the report did.

I started Dynamic Management Systems (DMS) to give supervisors, shift leads and the owners of small frontline teams practical, shift-level tools: things you can use on your next shift, not a binder that sits on a shelf.
